Am I able to book a treatment online?​
Yes, please use our online booking portal. You may also contact me directly to arrange this at a time which is suitable to you should availability allow.

What payment method is accepted?​
Card payments such as Visa and Master Card. Cash and bank transfers.
Who can use Environ?​
Suitable for all skin types, conditions and ages.
Please note that our TCA peels - Youth Renew, Blemish Control and Vibrant-C - are only suitable for clients who have been on Environ AVST for a minimum of 3 weeks due to the high actives used in these treatments.
Can I buy a voucher for a friend?​
Yes, we accept vouchers which are issued through Ray. All enquiries are to be sent to hello@rayspa.co.uk
Do I need to fill in a Client Consultation Form?​
Yes, we request you to fill this in once ahead of your first treatment with us.
Please note: we have 2 separate forms. One for our facial treatments and another for all other services which will be e-mailed to you to fill and return to us ahead of your treatment for our review.

What is your Cancellation Policy?​
A 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all appointments outlined below;

30% treatment charge applies for cancellations within 24 hours.
50% treatment charge applies for no-shows.
